專輯介紹：

让全球歌迷期待已久的Nirvana作品《With The Lights Out》同时收录了81首歌曲，其中有68首都是从来未曾发行过的单曲，在这些歌曲中，大部分是未曾发表过的作品、排练、剪辑掉的片段、以及科特在家里完成Demo带。而其中DVD的部分也收录了家中拍摄的影片、生活剪影、采排的片段等等，其中还有20段现场。另外，这套CD盒中还附送一本厚达60页的小册子，里面当然是记录有关Nirvana的珍贵图片。至于这套CD的标题《With The Lights Out》其实是从他们的畅销单曲《Smells Like Teen Spirit》的歌词中截选出来的。
