Forty sum odd years ago, a good friend of mine was a super fan of John Denver, at that I time my tastes were toward Jimmy Buffett. Over the years, although I still am a ardent Buffett parrott-head, Denver keeps sounding better and better. To me John Denver's music is a taste that, like certain food items, takes a while to develop. This 3 CD set really satisfies, by touching every mood in music that you can imagine. Mr. Denver, through this collection, reveals the many sides of this very complex yet, very simple man. If, you feel like hearing a sing-a-long song, it's here, if there's a desire to listen to a sad, reflective selection, that is covered as well.

This collection will make fans of his music for years, love him more, for music lovers, listening possibly to John Denver for the first time, you will soon become a fan. The late, Mr. Denver, has a way of growing on you, he did that to me, and my musical experience has been the better for it.
