Christian-Pierre La Marca演奏过很多音乐大师的极具挑战性的曲目，可以说他是最年轻有为的大提琴演奏家。
Christian-Pierre在普罗旺斯地区艾克斯时就开始演奏大提琴，之后到巴黎跟随Jean-Marie Gamard和Philippe Muller学习。随后又在德国科隆，英国伦敦进修，Christian-Pierre的音乐才华得到了许多音乐前辈的发掘。
他作为大提琴独奏者曾与爱乐乐团，伦敦室内乐团，法国国立管弦乐团，波尔多阿基坦布鲁塞尔爱乐乐团，卢森堡爱乐乐团，拉脱维亚国家交响乐团，斯洛伐克国家广播管弦乐团，马拉加爱乐乐团，昆明交响乐团，巴洛克乐团等知名乐团共同演出。
