In todays world there are few stereotypes concerning string instruments. Contrabasses, due to their size, are associated with small range of motion and peculiarly understood coarseness. In the music community there are thousands of jokes concerning violas and viola players. Traditionally, the most noble roles are attributed to cello and violin. The first of the abovementioned instruments is perceived as a romantic and passionate instrument; the violin is seen as mesmerizing and calls to mind brilliant virtuosos with technical skills. This release disproves some of those stereotypes. Anna Wandtke, an outstanding violinist, proves that violin can beautifully sing and talk about passions, feelings, and emotions without resigning from showing a perfect technique with a pinch of spectacularity. All of these elements produce a perfectly composed whole.

Anna Wandtke, an extremely talented and versatile artist, admired for her remarkably musical personality, invites her listeners to a personal journey in search of the title "violin soul". On the album, which featured a recital of an extremely varied program, there was a place for the compositions of Manual de Falli and Gabriel Fauré inspired by Spanish folklore and Italian poetry and for Zigeunerweisen Pablo Sarasate - a spectacular and melodious piece of well-known chardasian theme. The lyrical side of the violin soul is represented by Meditation from Jules Massenet's Thaïs opera, and before the sound of Bishop Czartz's Vittorio Monti will sound, we will hear fragments from John Williams music to the famous Schindler List. The main character of the recording presents this program in the companion of the musicians of the founding partner of The New Art Ensemble and guest artists, among them is a virtuoso virtuoso, Gypsy violinist Roby Lakatos.

Główna bohaterka nagrania prezentuje ten program w doborowym towarzystwie muzyków z założonego wraz z mężem The New Art Ensemble oraz występujących gościnnie artystów, wśród których jest znakomity wirtuoz, cygański skrzypek Roby Lakatos.
