Method:
- Record cleaned on Vpi machine.
- Audio sampled at 96/32 float.
- Filter to roll-off frequencies below 20 HZ (only below audible frequencies).
Audio restoration:
- 'Younglove' decrackling scripted method throughout.
- Manual declick and deglitch.
- All whole sides normalized to 100% NEVER using compression or limiting.
Synopsis:
Original US pressing in great condition - no real problems to report... except that, this being a very smooth ambient recording, any little blemish is easily noticeable. In fact this record used to be a title I preferred to listen to on CD because the blemishes really got in the way until I managed to get this rip clean enough so I was distracted. I hope you agree it's OK now! Enjoy peeps.
