Whispered's goal has always been to search for new

dimensions in metal and to take advantage on them.

The style of the band could be described as melodic death metal with oriental folk elements, some have even called it Samurai Metal.The music also contains influences from movie soundtracks, progressive rock

and more, but Whispered will always stay heavy, epic and orientalized
