"Kauan" is finnish for "for long", "for a long time".
Even though the band is from Russia it writes lyrics both in Russian and in Finnish.
Kauan recently contributed a track to the "And In The Darkness Bind Them" 2 CD tribute to Summoning via Echoes Of Koliba Productions (Kauan contributed the track 'Long Lost To Where No Pathway Goes.')
