It seems that the vinyl is based on the same mastering as the CD version of the album. There is almost no activity above 19-20 kHz, and the recording is terribly brickwalled for the vinyl. I can't determine the actual bit depth and bit rate of the album, so I've decided to post it exactly as I recorded it - in 24/96.
Although the recording is brickwalled, the dynamic range of the vinyl is larger than that of the CD. On the CD version there is almost no dynamic range, all tracks constantly peak at 0 dB. That's why I eventually decided to post my rip here.
The physical quality of the colored vinyl leaves much to be desired but after de-clicking the rip sounds clean. Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have any alternatives. Maybe later someone will post a rip of a black or a clear vinyl - these must be better.
