Buddha was a fucking neuroscientist and Buddhism as itself is a "self"-destruction and a "self"-hypnosis. It is the cradle of philosophy and psychology.

Philosophy is a meditation practice with thoughts.
Psychology is the science of self recreation in a conscious way.
Science is a determining and describing process from the objective perspective.
Science is an advanced peaked form of data processing.
Life is a big cosmic joke or, if you will, a paradox.
"Enlightenment", "Consciousness", or "God head" is not a "magic" event in your life. It's just distorted expression by language about a direct experience(s).
From an athlete or artist's perspective "Consciousness," "Enlightenment," "God head," or "true nature" is to be one with the "seed." It is not a new experience. It is just a definition of his direct experience in a scientific way.
Although, meditation elevates the level of focus and self discipline under certain life situations and conditions.

This album is a gathering my journey, my self growth, "Enlightenment", "discovering the true nature", "Consciousness", or "God head." You can label it as you wish.
Pain becomes pleasure as the Buddha says, "You became one with the seed" by focusing (meditation and self discipline). My music is a manifestation of my mind and past sufferings and how my pain became my pleasure and shape of the suffer "loop" back to the listeners ears and gives a "direct experience."
For instance, by scientific definition: When you learn to play a riff or a lead it is painful till you master it and observe the technique. As soon you determine your goal, "pain" is like the learning process and "observing" the practice is not a good experience for most of us. However, when you finally master that skill, then you manage to learn and that leads you to understand the terminology behind it. Then, when you play, you will enjoy every single note and touch with the guitar neck so it becomes a pleasant direct experience through your sense organs and emotional experiences.
It's what all about is. Become one with the music, be the music and by understanding consciously this process, you will master a skill that you can apply to every part of your life: how to master the pain and to suffer in pleasure.
Why is it important to understand this and be "conscious," "Enlightened," or "God head"? Because, once you understand this, you can master it and you can push to infinity and make it an infinite pleasure.
