Paul Leonard-Morgan是专为电视剧以及纪录片谱写配乐的英国作曲家（电影配乐——Dredd新特警判官和Limitless永无止境也是出自他的手笔），曾获得英国电影（与电视艺术）学院（BAFTA）配乐奖。
本作品为2008年BBC出品的A History of Scotland 苏格兰史话（第一季）配乐，历史的凝重感与高地的特有气息完美融合，听来令人心潮澎拜，回味无穷。
