简介:

Gene Pitney,全名是Gene Francis Alan Pitney (1940-02-17 –  2006-04-05)，美国歌手，词曲作家，录音师。60年代中期，他享誉大西洋两岸，是英国文化入侵后还继续荣登排行榜的人物之一。他有16首进入美国top40, 其中4首进入前10. 在英国，他22次进入top40, 其中11首进入top10.
2002年， 他入选摇滚名人堂。
2006年4月5日，他病逝于环英国演唱会途中的宾馆里。
