Written over 2015 from our creative spaces in the redwoods of California to Africa, our debut LP is self-defining to our name anima; the Latin word for the breath of life in each of us. Songs of urge, hope, absence, compassion, awareness, to superficiality, these songs are our reflections of 'the self'.
