Four years after the acclaimed “All Towers Must Fall”, Phragments returns with his 6th full-length album “Anthems Of Solitude”. The album consists of four long compositions, each one exploring the concept of solitude. The sound of Phragments evolves further into introspection, weaving a very dark and dense tapestry of emotions. With the trademark abyssal drones, heavily processed field recordings, and sparse analogue synths, the compositions create a strong current of palpable darkness. The album is a reflection of one’s being with oneself: an experience shared by all humans.
