经过整整9年职业生涯，巡回演出、出唱片、或取各类奖项，翠莎.耶吾德（Trisha Yearwood） 终于在去年可以静下来，集中精力去做自己的第9张专辑，《真实的女性》（Real Live Worman）。她第一次有这样的机会去探寻那些颇具意味的素材，使其融入歌曲之中。

Partricia Lynn Yearwood来自Georgia的Monticello，从1985年起一直住在Nashville。当她在1990年试音时，遇到了和她同样是试音歌手的Garth Brooks和Kathy Mattea，在他们各自的专辑《无遮无碍》（No Fence）和《时光流逝》（Time Passes By）中出任背景和声。她初次以自己的名义登台亮相是1991年个人首支单曲“她和那个男孩相爱”（She’ In Love With The Boy）的推出，并从此便轰动至今。
