The songs on this album were mastered by Steve Hoffman & Kevin Gray from the 15 ips Pye Studios original stereo mixes. A 1964 vintage vacuum tube Ampex MX-35 line mixer was restored especially for this project & was used exclusively in the mastering process for this album. Undoubtedly, this is the best these recordings have ever sounded. This is a must for music lovers; 1 of the most underrated bands of the original British invasion, THE SEARCHERS will live again through this recording.
