Ellie Goulding，出生于英国赫里福郡，生日是1986年12月30日。她彩绘出Folktronica的音乐新世界，她的音乐轻盈、活泼，真情奔放，很容易让乐迷的心跟着悦耳的旋律一起飞扬，英国卫报形容Ellie的歌声彷佛是空灵乐派的Cocteau Twins乐团唱起了流行乐的感觉。Ellie在2010年先是获得BBC新闻网站评选为“2010年流行新声音”名单的榜首，再获全英音乐奖“乐评首选大奖”的肯定她的首张专辑《Lights》于发行首周就站上UK charts冠军，这一切对她而言就跟她的音乐带给乐迷的感觉一样只能用惊喜连连来形容。

Ellie Goulding is a British vocalist whose music finds the balance between electro-pop and indie folk. Born in Hereford, England, she later moved to the country's east coast to study drama at the University of Kent. Goulding had developed a love for folk music as a teenager, and her time at University also exposed her to electronica. After two years, she took a break from her studies and moved to West London, where she pursued a career as an alternative singer/songwriter and befriended producers...
