Rupert Blackman is a singer songwriter, currently living in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Originally from London, Rupert moved to the lowlands in early 2008. Upon arrival, Rupert formed a band around his music and soon after independently released a self made record (If You Only Knew EP) which lead to widespread interest in what he was doing.
