这张专辑是Music For And Inspired By The Film，也就是一部分是电影里面的，一部分是受电影“启发”的音乐。第一曲一开始就是主角的独白，“So where are you? You’re in some motel room. You just, you just wake up and you’re in a motel room,” ，专辑中也多处都有主角的独白，以第一视角凸显出主角的迷茫感。作曲家David Julyan的配乐部分很清淡，轻弦乐纯氛围型音乐，有一种很荒凉的感觉。值得一提是类似发报机那种一顿一顿的音乐不时的出现，很暗合电影那种“碎片”的感觉。非配乐部分的歌曲选用的都是电子类的艺人，Moby、Bjork之类的。冰冷的电子音乐比较符合“时空错乱”的那种感觉。
