this album has always been one of my favorites, even though i have never liked the quality of the recording, most notably the very low signal to noise ratio(high noise). as well as the poor job on the sound board by the recording engineer( at one point you can even hear him fiddling with the gain controls) anyways i took this album down to the raw stereo wavs and tried to remove that noise, in doing so attempting to bring the music to the front all without giving the sonics any note of overprocessing. because after all part of the allure of this album is that raw,dirty ,live feeling you get when listening to it. so anyways this is sourced from redbook, sonics are very good, quad field is excellent, to be played at maximum volume. enjoy, kevin
