I bought this album used around 1985ish. It went thru a bunch of my old party spot homes where I always had nightly events and lots of punks sleeping on floors, etc. This record got dirty and dusty and well played.
In order to rip this I ended upmailing it to a guy in California who is also a known Net Ripper. He owns an ultrasonic many thousand of dollars pro-vinyl cleaner. He cleaned this and removed the whitish mold that grows on old vinyl.
I then ripped this and had to use a stronger CEDAR CAMBRIDGE setting to remove the wickedly bad crackle.
In the end it came out OK.........................considering how it was before hand. THIS is like night and day. Without what we did this album sounded like mud...........like shit to throw out in the trash.
