Доп. информация: This is a rip of the Analogue Productions 200 Gram, 2LP, 45RPM reissue of Jeff Beck's Blow By Blow. Mastered by Ryan K Smith at Sterling Sound from the analog master tape, pressed at QRP.
I noticed that there was no rip of this release available on this website, so I decided to create a transfer myself with my system. I've owned this LP for 2 weeks and it has been played 5 times in total, including for this transfer.
The recording was done in Audacity in 24-Bit PCM / 192KHz. I have done NO post-processing to this release.
The Nagaoaka MP-200 cartridge is relatively new. It has about 30 hours of use, and is just past the burn-in period. It sounds amazing to my ears.
I used all Blue Jeans Cable LC-1 Interconnects for this recording. They are extremely low capacitance and work very well with, and sound very good in my system.
All equipement listed in this post is the equipment used, nothing else.
This is the best sounding version of Blow By Blow, in my opinion, with the Analogue Productions SACD coming in second. This version has more "punch" in the bass and is cut hotter (louder in volume, with more dynamics) than the Friday Music reissue that was mastered and cut by Kevin Gray.
Let me know what you think of it and let me know if there are any questions.
