"Kiuas" is Finnish for a stove used in a sauna. It has also a different meaning, originating from an old word "hiidenkiuas" which means something like a burial mound.

Ilja Jalkanen left the band in October 2010, but performed a farewell show with the band in early 2011.

Kiuas announced disbandment in August 2013, then performed one final show with all the past members on October 18, 2013 in ...
