When I was tender 9 years old, my dad came with 2 singles Inti-Illimani's group. Appeared "Tatatí" and "El aparecido" and the other came the songs "Charagua"and "Lo que más quiero" The taste for good music, I owe to my dad (RIP), a genius in the lyrics but the recommendation comes from so close.
The fact is that I still keep these historic singles from those fateful years in Chile: the 70s.
I think the beauty and imperfections of this LP "Autores Chilenos" was never surpassed by the re-releases of these same issues. Yes, because Inti have a bad or good (depending on the prism that you look at it) habit of "improving" the already done ... For me? a major mistake. Inti throughout its history has changed as musicians who change socks. LP In this meeting they sing better, they are very young (25 years), another spirit. If you ask me that these old people go today, I don't know as I don't care. My interest in them end up on the album "Palimpsesto". The rest is repeat, mix formulas and rhythms, something to keep stretching the elastic to the industry and something I dislike greatly.

Tenía la tierna edad de 9 años, cuando mi papá llegó con un 2 singles de Inti-Illimani. Aparecían "Tatatí" y "El aparecido" y en el otro venían las canciones "Charagua" y "Lo que más quiero". El gusto por la buena música se lo debo a mi viejo (Q.E.P.D.), un genio en las letras aunque la recomendación venga de tan cerca.
El caso es que aun conservo esos históricos singles provenientes de aquellos aciagos años en Chile: los 70s.
Creo que la belleza y las imperfecciones de este LP "Autores chilenos", nunca fue superada por las re-versiones de estos mismos temas. Sí, porque los Inti tienen la mala o buena (dependiendo del prisma en que se mire) costumbre de "mejorar" lo ya hecho... ¿para mí? un error mayúsculo. Inti a lo largo de su historia han cambiado de músicos como quién se cambia los calcetines. En este LP encuentro que cantan mejor, están muy jóvenes (25 años), otro espíritu. Si me preguntan en que andan estos viejitos hoy, no lo sé y como que no me interesa. Mi interés en ellos termina en el álbum "Palimpsesto". El resto es repetir, mezclar fórmulas y ritmos, cosa de seguir estirando el elástico de la industria y cosa que detesto sobremanera.
Va esta joyita de los Inti.
