I have heard this organ in person and this SACD captures it well, and M. Latry captures Cesar Franck beautifully on this instrument. The organ roars when it needs to roar and purrs when it needs to purr. The Prelude, Fugue and Variation has to be one of the best performance since Biggs on Columbia LP. I thoroughly enjoy his performance of the A minor Chorale. I wonder if the remaining works will be released by Olivier Latry at the Notre Dame organ!!!! This truly is "The King Of Instruments"!
