Will Boulware, an early pioneer of jazz-fusion, is back with Harmony, a follow up to his smash Over Crystal Green, both on 441 Records. Returning are regulars sax extraordinaire, Michael Brecker, and the legendary drummer, Steve Gadd and guitarist Peter Bernstein. What makes Harmony special is the addition of the unique and fabulous vocalist Phoebe Snow on three tracks. Take one listen to “Will You Love Me Tomorrow” and you’ll know what we mean. Rounding out the ensemble is renowned bassist, Anthony Jackson, and 441 Records’ own Philippe Saisse who brings his own style of playing on synthesizers and Fender Rhodes. All songs are arranged by Will Boulware including two original compositions that bring Will’s signature fusion of jazz and funk.
